Advice needed regarding affidavit

Hello everyone,
I read in lots of threads that they submitted Affidavit of property. I didn't understand what they meant. I was planning to show just title deeds of the house for my mother's interview. Should I also prepare affidavit separately apart from this title deeds? It would be really great if someone could kindly clarify this question.

My mother's visa was already rejected twice and this time we are really hoping that she would make it. Looking forward to your kind response.

Hello!

I plan to have my parents go to chennai for the visa interview this March 2008. They do have the property papers estimated and signed by an official.
Other than that, do they still have to get this affidavit done? Is this a must?

They both work. My mom works as a school teacher, so she has no problem getting leave, since we plan to have them here during her summer vacation. But for my dad, his employer is okay with him taking leave , but cannot give him a leave sanction letter.

How big a problem is this?
