Your annual salary is insufficient to support a 6 month trip to US.

Your educational background makes it impossible for you to obtain a technical work visa.

you could try for a student visa after waiting some time but you will really have to plan it out.

-Look for a suitable program in the US .
-Take required tests, GRE and TOEFL if applicable.
-Have plans in India after your studies or they won't give you a visa.
-To show funds to finance your studies, you will have to hunt for scholarships.

you must give it at least a year. Anyway, it will take you a year to
take tests , apply for scholarships, apply to colleges.

You state that your education is: Bachelor in Homeopathy

I fell that it is unlikely that you will find a graduate program in this field and be unlikely to obtain a scholarship or fellowship to pursue it.

An undergraduate program will cost between $22,000 - $60,000 per year depending on the university and location. ($22,000 in inexpensive school in very low cost location; other is big name private school in large city living very cheaply). Bringing a family will add at least $10,000/year to the cost.

From your questions, it appears that the visa officer correctly assessed your intentions for your B2 visa - ie. looking for a job and/or remaining in the US. Obtaining a F1 visa is not assurred. You must demonstrate your intention of returning to your home country at the completion of your education. The cancellation of your B2 is on your record and will be difficult to overcome.

If you wish to immigrate, I suggest that you investigate other countries where your educational background is more accepted. Another alternative is to obtain a degree that is in a field in demand in the US in your home country and pursue an H1B - which also is not a sure thing.
