You must demonstrate your intention of returning to your home country at the completion of your education. The cancellation of your B2 is on your record and will be difficult to overcome.

If you wish to immigrate, I suggest that you investigate other countries where your educational background is more accepted. Another alternative is to obtain a degree that is in a field in demand in the US in your home country and pursue an H1B - which also is not a sure thing.
