sir,I have 10 years B1/B2 visa.I visited early in May ,than I got stay for 3 months ,Now again I am going on 17 April, can i give letter at airport ,to give me stay longer than 3 months this time,thanks

The first time itself you got 3 months, chances of getting an extended stay this time are anything but more unlikely.

Sir,I didnt got entry,they cancel my 10 years visa,what can I do next.
when I can apply for visa to USA or other country?

Sir ,they ask me how much time u want to stay ,i said for 6 months,i show them seminars dates and also tell him i will go to tour to USA.
but they thought i am going to search job ,and immigrate here.
they put cancel stamp on visa 2 time .
they send me back ,they told me they r not going to charge me anything ( like fraud ,false documents),u can apply for visa again .
tell me what will be my future.?

Eight months after spending 3 months in the US, you ask for a 6 month authorized stay; that would be 9 out of 17 months. The IO obviously believed that you were spending too much time in the country and did not have sufficient ties to your home country as few people could not work for that length of time. If you are young enough to be inquiring about a student visa, you do not likely have the savings to support this type of trip.


If he told you that you can reapply for a visa, you certainly can but you need to make sure that you have sufficient ties to your home country to demonstrate that you will return after a visit and then plan to do so should you receive it. Will you get a visa to the US in any category, no one here can say.

This action should have no effect on your attempt to obtain a visa for another country.

To get a visitor visa again may be difficult, you can try to explain the situation to the visa officer.
