Hi,
I have been living in Costa Rica with my Costa Rican fiancé for one year. I have had permanent residency in Costa Rica since 1994. I have a USA passport and own a condo in Florida and still use that address for credit cards, etc. I would like to bring my fiancé to Florida to meet my mother and perhaps marry there. She has a Costa Rican passport, but no job, property or bank accounts. We do not want to live in the USA and she will want to visit for no more than two weeks at a time. At this point, everything is flexible based on your recommendation as to which visa would be the easiest to obtain. Please advise as to how to proceed.
