Need help on Second visit - Visitor visa

My parents have 10 years Visitor visa(Multiple entry). They visited US 2 years back with no overstay/issues.
I want to bring them again.

1. Do they have to reapply/re-validate thier visa.
2. I am on H1B visa, I have changed my empoyer last year. My parents got visa when I was working with my previous employer. Will this be an issue?.
