Visiting Canada and back to US on B2 visa

I obtain a regular vistor b2 visa to the US, and I'm plannig to visit for three weeks. Is it possible to leave to Canada for three days and come back wih this visa?

That depends upon whether your US visa is single entry or multiple entries.
