Vistors visa please help me with recent update

Hi,

we want to sponser visitor visa for my in laws as i am pregnant. In the interview they sould say the same reason or just visiting purpose ? In interview If they ask about me regarding my pregnancy what they sould say?

could you please let me know how to apply for visitors visa. First we have to pay the money in hdfc or we have to fill the forms ? Which forms we have to fill where can i get that links please let me know.

I think from Yesterday (jan 19th) onwards some change is there for filling and applying form . whats that difference. is anybody applying now .

If they ask whether you are pregnant, your parents can not lie. They would have to tell the truth. However, they can also tell that they are visiting as grand parents and not as day care provider, cook or health care employee.

i have gone through the link. but i am little bit confused regarding ds-160 form for applying parents at a time.

in the link they mentioned that after submitting the form for one person in the "thank you " window there is option for "family application " . on that i have to click to create the application of another person.

1) my question is with out submitting(but saving on local computer ) the first person application is there any chance to click on "family application " for creating another person apllication .

2) Because i want to send these 2 applications to parents for submitting or shall i submit it

3) if i sent one application to parent for submitting who is now in different country then how to create another application here by clicking on "family application"

4) after filling both applications for parents i want to do modifications (if needed) after saving then shall i submit both applications at a time . how is that procedure

The best thing to do in your situation would be to fill DS-160 form for each person separately and go all the way to the end.

Save both of those files to your parents and they can submit it by electronically signing each form.

You will print two separate confirmation pages.

You will still be able to schedule an appointment for both of them together, as it is a separate and independent step done at VFS web site.

1) if i fill 2 ds-160 forms supporately for wife and husband who are going together is there any questions VO will ask in interview.

2) you said " all the way to end " means just reaching "review " page or reaching " sign and submit " page( as i filled the form on behalf of parents i need to give my address in that page ) shall i do it before sending to them.

3)After they signed electronically over there, parents have to take the print out of confirmation pages or is there any chance to take the print outs here because they dont know these things .

4) please let me know in detail how the procedure for scheduling interview appointment for both parents together from VFS website if i filled 2 supporate ds-160 forms.

1. Nothing special because of that.
2. Up to reaching 'sign and submit' page but don't submit.
3. How will take here because they will have to print it immediately after submit or it will be gone.

I've created 2 files, one for my mom and one for my dad for the DS160 form. When they sign and submit the first one and select "Create a family application" will it provide an option to upload the second file?

They should not do that. If you choose 'Create a Family Application', they will have to enter rest of the data.

This will be 2 indepdent submissions.
