1) if i am sponsoring for our in-law's for visitors visa is my passport copies needed (as i am sending their child passport copies and our marriage certificate )

2) one set of passport copies or 2 sets of passport copies needed (in-laws both are going together )

3) marriage certificate original or copy i have to send


4) 1 set or 2 sets of legal status copies needed

5) w2 copies are enough or tax returns also needed

6) what about other documents like " pay stub copies , w2 and/or tax returns sets & consulate letter " how many sets needed 1 set or 2 sets ?

5. When you file income tax returns, you have federal income tax return and in many states, additionally, state income tax return. Include only federal income tax return and that also only the Form 1040 pages. Do not include other pages.

1) sponsoring for in-laws so i need to send our( me and my husband) marriage certificate original thats what you said right ?

2) is our in-laws marriage certifiacte also needed as they dont have it and birth cerficates also they dont have . is it needed ?

3) only invitation, consulate, bank, employment, I-134 these are originals except those MARRIAGE CERTIFIACTE ALSO ORIGINAL NEEDED AS LEGAL STATUS COPY ALSO ONLY COPIES RIGHT.

4) just for making sure I-134 form no need to notorize it right

dont have original

1) admin we didnt find our orginal certificate. so if we send copy of marriage certifiacte is there any issue ?

2) recent I- 134 (notarized not needed one ) from which site i can download for filling.

admin in that link " photo copies of all pages (including blank pages) of your spouse passport and marriage certificate" .

but nothing mentioned like " original marriage certificate" as for birth certifiacte they mentioned like " original birth certificate ".
