Help regarding visitor visa!!!

Hi,

I have my interview next month in may . I am a doctor and want to visit US along with my wife (who already has 10 yr visa) to visit my in laws . My mom in law is sponsoring me . Can somebody suggest want are the chances of getting the visa and what questions could be asked?
