B2 was rejected. Need help

Hello Friends,

I am seeking good advise here. My parents had their B2 visa interview on 5th Feb, 2010 and it was rejected without giving any reason. Just said No. No reason was given and I was not able find out the reason either as we had complete set of valid documents but officer didnt even look at the documents

Quesions asked by the office:
1. What your son does. Answered
2. Where does he live. Answered
3. What you do (to my father): Business
3. For how long u want to go . 6 months
4. What your younger son does in India. Answered. Pursuing CA
5. Show me your son's visa. Showed the photocopy sent by me.

Officer answered in Hindi: Appka visa Nahi ho sakta (No).

I have following questions:
1. Is there anyway I can know the reason behing the rejecttion now as I wanted to reapply again?
2. Any suggestions how can I be prepared now to avoid the denial?

It's important them to visit me as they want meet their grandson.

I had all the documents (as instructed here in immhelp.com) but still it was rejected. Is that something my parents should apply separately? or any other thing I should look at the to change the situation? There will be chance of rejection again if I reapply with the same information but I dont know what was missing earlier.

One mor thing, officer had given a booklet after giving the denial. Should I try to send an email to US Embassy ([email protected]) and get the reason for the better preparation. Will it impact negatively when I apply next time?

2. while filing the DS-160 form, I had mentioned that its filled by themselves (parent) though I had filled it. Was this wrong?

3. next time should I say that its filled by me on hebalf of my parents? Will there be any quesitons to them if I do so?

May be I didnt understand your answer to my question. My only question was if I send the email to consulate for the denial reason, will it impact negatively for the next time application? Its fine if there is no answer to this.
