Reg visa appointment

I scheduled an appointment tourist visa for my father and aunt on May 5, 2010 at Mumbai consulate. Though I could print the appointment letter, I was not able to print guidelines and checklist because those pages showed unavailable. I learnt those two should be submitted with the documents at Mumbai VFS but I do not know how to print them now. Please advise.

My aunt has no surname in her passport. Will it be a problem for her tourist visa?

Please guide me.
