Hi,
My Mom and NanaJi (Mom's Father) are planning to visit USA .
My younger brother works there...he has gone there from company on L1 visa.
What document I required from my brother, I have the following documents already from him:
Form I-134 Affidavit of Support Form
Employment Letter
Pay Stubs (Salary Slip)
Bank Letter
Bank Statements
Letter to the Consulate
Invitation Letter
Income Tax Documents
What I need to show in "Identification, Relationship and Legal Status Documents" as he is sponsoring Mom and NanaJi (Mom's Father)???
