Need info @ Parent's documents

Hi

I want to invite my parents to US on Visitor visa and I am the sponsor on H1b here.

What documents my father needs from his side as he is a FARMER?

I need to know this asap.

i read that

my main concern is income tax and financial documents .. as my father is a Farmer .. he dont have to pay income tax i believe .. so Need some documentaion help around that .. what income documents he should preapare for proof?

I understand that farmers in India do not have to pay income tax on the farming income.

However, he still needs to show the income and finance documents.

He can not simply that he is a farmer and therefore he has no documents. That is not going to work.

I am not saying this for a particular person. However, a lot of people try to put their income from other sources and claim that it was from farming and then not pay any tax.

What about any other income from any other sources such as fixed deposits, interest, shares trading etc? Did he pay any tax on that?

Does he bank account? Can he show where he got that money from?

That is the way you would have to think.
