Hi All,
I am going to sponsor my wife's parents for a tourist visa to USA. I am on L1 status here. I have few questions haunting me. Any help will be greatly appreciated
1)My wife and I dont have a birth certificate so can we send our 10th marksheet or even our passport has parents name. will that work?
2) My wife's parents hail from Agra (U.P) but they are now in Tamil Nadu due to transferable job. Do i need to take appointment with Delhi Visa cell or can I take appointment with Chennai as its near.
