Visitor VISA for Parents and Brother

Hi,

I am planning to get my parents and my brother on visiting visa.
My brother is a govt. Employee in India and will be able to get all required letters of no-objection letter etc. I am brining my brother to assist my parents during the travel.
My questions are:
1. What other documents are required for my brother to show that he will not be settling here.
2. Can my parents and my brother go for stamping at the same time or should they be going separately?
3. what other questions are expected and any other tips or instructions required?
