I just wonder how can I apply my brother's kid come to USA to visit, he is 4yrs old, and I am american citizen, they are chinese, I know chinese very diffcult to apply visa but I am not sure for little kid, I never see him before since he born. Can you please tell me how can I apply him to come here?
