Can we Stay 6 months in USA on Visitor visa ????

Hi,
My mother have i-94 till Jan 24.
How many days before we have to leave the USA, to come again without any
problems at port of entry ?

If we stays 6 months full (I -94 have 6 months), do we get any problems in future ?

Hi. I just visited US and came back. My wife is in USA now and has to come back by end November, before I-94 expires.

Can she extend her stay till end January 2006, as I plan for one more trip in January to see grand child and visit more places.

dear sir,
dont take chance to apply for extend of visa, mostly people dont get extension, and even if she gets extension approved, it will take time and she will get may one month extension and this will not be good for her future visit to usa.
so let her come back at home before her visa expires.
