Need to find out the Visitor Visa process

Guys

I just want to say that all of you doing fantastic job this is the best site which offers a lot to the people who need help.

I am planning to call my mother on visitor visa from India and. She visited in US back in 2000 when I applied for I130 and She stayed couple of month and return to India and was not interested coming back to US. I want to find out from your knowledge that how is the process work.
