Hello, I’m a citizen of United States of America. My parents live in India & had a 5 year visitor visa that just expired in May. My father is 64 years old & my mother is 60 years old. They have to apply to renew their US visitor visa I just want to know the procedure. Do they have to fill all the forms again & carry all the documents like they did the 1st time they applied for the visitor’s visa? I see in your website that the form DS-160 has to be filled online only. Now they don’t have a computer. How are they suppose to fill this form? Please help me. Thanks.
