My mom has a tourist visa for 10 years valid till 2014.She is planning to be in US for six months during 2011(June-Nov) and six months during 2012(Apr-Sep). In such a case, she would be spending only four months in India when she returns in November 2011(Dec 2011-Mar 2012) .
Is this stay ok according to the immigration rule?
Is there a certain period of time she would have to stay in India between consecutive trips to US?
How frequent can a person who has a tourist visa travel to/be in United States?
