B2 visa for pleasure trip

Hi,

My spouse is travelling in B1 visa. My children 9 years old are US citizen. Right now we are in India and want to take them to US for vacation. Now to get B2 multiple entry visa what are the documents to be furnished from my end as well as from my spouse.
