    Parents Visa

    My parents Visa expires on September 19th, 2022, Can they travel with current visa in August for short stay? Tia

    Certainly, ensure their passport has 6+ months validity.

    There are chances that they will be allowed entry (I94) till Sept 19th 2022 only.

        No, its pretty straight forward, Form I539 is what you should submit to USCIS.
