I am a Brit living in the US with a 10 year US Visa, granted to me last year. It is more than 6-months since I left the US, as I have been living with my US fiancee, planning our May wedding.
If I leave the US this week to fly to the UK, will I be banned from returning to the US a week later, on the grounds that I have violated the terms of my Visa by not leaving the US in the last 6 months ?
