Please Please help!!

I am a medical graduate from one of the top universities in India, graduated in March,2010. Finished with my USMLE step 1 and 2 exams. Have my clinical exam scheduled dis month in US. Visa rejected twice!!(Feb and April)

Ist intervw: reason wich might hav led to my rejection was that besides my exam, i told dat i wan to visit my cousin's place (US citizen) and explore US for a couple of weeks after my exam.

2nd intervw: finished my step 2, showed my employment certificate, purpose for going to US - clinical exam (confirmed appointment) for 10 days - very imp to finish dis exam as early as possible.

I have studied very hard fr my exams and its absolutely necessary fr me to finish dis exam on tim so dat i can apply dis yr. Totally shattered with dis!

Please guide me as how to go about it nw..Thanks.

hi karan i m on the same boat.i hav taken both steps and obtained 99 in both. i was rejected twice in march and april.i had taken all documents but never was asked to submit.dont know what to do.i have done my md in peds.now working as senior resident.i have heard that this year rejection rate has gone high.is it true?my interview s were in delhi.on second interview vo told thet last time officer made a decision i cant change as there is no significant change in your application.please help how i should proceed next?shall i drop the idea of USMLE?pl let me know if there is any chance of getting i on the 3rd attempt.what should i do to change my status?i am unmarried. can it be the cause of rejection?
