I am trying to get a tourist visa for my widowed mother to US. She is 52 years old and gets pension. I am currently at India and I have a valid H1 Visa. I want to take her to US for my next trip.
My mother might need to get visa on self-sponsored grounds as we do not have any other sponsors from US. She has sufficient funds on her account to show that she can manage in US. We also have a house in India in my dads name for which me and mom are the legal heirs.
Wanted to check if her bank passbook, house document and the legal heir document are sufficient to be shown during the interview. I want to know if any other documents are needed.
