Parents visiting 2nd time to USA in this year

Hi,
My parents came to USA on April 2012 and returned to india in the month of june 2012 stayed around 68 days in USA.

now i am planing to bring my parents back to USA for 4 months in the month of Sept or oct 2012 of stay with us due to my wife is pregnency.

1) is there any issue at port of entry for my parents for visiting USA 2nd time with same year with 3 to 4 months gap ?

2) what kind of invitation letter i should sent to my parents to invite 2nd time to USA?

Please suggest me on the same.
