b2 tourist visa extension

hi, m gonna apply for my tourist visa extension.. anyway, im 20 years old and my parents are the one supporting me from the philippines.. what are the odds that i would be granted an extension?

im in the process of making my draft for the extention letter.. is there any specific format in which i have to make my letter? and i heard from a friend that together with the affidavit of support from my relative.. he(my relative) should be able to file a 3 year income tax report.. how do we do that?

and pessimistic as i am.. just in case my application gets denied will that go into my record? i have a 10 years multiple entry visa with 6 years left til it expires.. if i dont get approved of my application for extension, is there a possibility that my VISA could be canceled?
