Dear Immihelp Support Center,
I need some assistance on a request for a visa extension. Isabell is from Germany and she is staying with me bases on a B2 visitors visa which is good until March 12th of 2008. Isabel was here last year with a J1 exchange visa.
During her stay last year, she became a close friend to me and my family. I am a single mom struggling with a new business and long hours of a six day work week. My children have grown attached to Isabell and well cared for when they come home from school. Isabell offers a safe and capable alternative to shuffling the children from after school programs to sitters that vary from day to day. She offers a stable environment that I have come to value and rely on.
We would love to have her visa extended until (at least)July 2008 which coincides with the end of the school year and gives her the opportunity to do some traveling before she returns home. Could we please have a four month extentsion? I am fully supporting Isabel and she is no burden to our government. We would appreciate your support and assistance.
