I am a student studying Bachelor's of Nursing at University of North Alabama ,Florence AL. This is my 1st semester. My husband is in New York since september 2007 in B1/B2 visa and his I-94 is till june 30. My visa is for 5 years. We want to extend his visa. I have got dependent I-20 for him from my college. What process we need to follow for this? What are the documents needed? Looking forward for your reply.
