is it possible for her to come back in Jan 2009 / or in Feb 2009

How long was her stay in the USA? how many months? how many times has she been here before?

She was here in 2005 about a month, and in 2008 for months.(Apr 29-Oct 28)

After 6 months staying here she should wait at least 6 months... before coming back...

If that is not possible, wait at least 4 months and ask to stay (and DO ONLY STAY) for 2 months or so.
