Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to ask you about visitor visa extension.
My parents were granted already visitor visa extension (getting new I-94) for 5 months at the year of 2008. They have B1/B2 visa.
I got a new job and father is 70 years old in this year so we want celebration for this. So they would like to stay here more and tour around the USA with us.
What I have found information from your website is “The maximum you can stay on B1/B2 visa is 1 year.”
Now, my question is
1.Can they apply visitor visa extension one more time for 5 months?
2.If it is possible, is it affected to next time visiting to U.S. or not? Because somebody said my parents cannot visit US again if they apply for extension to stay US for 5months one more time. But I couldn’t find any information about that from your web site.
Please, let me know about that.
