Visitor visa extension
Hi,
My In-laws are with me in the US for the last 5 months, they have a 10years validity visa but their I-94 is valid only till April 24th. I am applying for Visa extension and the documents checklist is as follows:
1 FormI-539 and Sample I-539**
2 Check or money order for $195
3 photocopy of I-94 form
4 Copy of all pages of your passport, with an expiration date at
least 6 months beyond the current date.
5 Proof of financial support
6 A copy of your return air tickets
7 You should also send the reason for extension.
Please let me know what documents needs to be submitted for proof of financial support? also if any other documents are missed out from the above checklist.
