Hello,
I need some fast advice, please!! Can I apply for a visitor's visa extension just 10 days prior to the expiration date of my visa? If so, what is the quickest, safest way for me to do this? I want to make sure that I don't violate any rules or laws and that I remain in good standing for the future. If it's not too late for me to apply, should I be applying online, in person (I'm currently residing in NYC), or by mail?
Also, what is considered a valid reason for extending my visitor's visa that will likely be accepted?
Thanks very much!
P.S. The visitor's visa origin, by the way, is the Philipines, if that matters.
