Hi, my h1b application is under regular processing vermont service center. in june, status is in my application was received then I requested for very slight name correction then it was updated and showing status like my name was updated. Hi ALL,
fist time my H1 transfer denial with RFE on 09/07/2015
my employer didnt provided employer and employee relationship and client letter.
and also at the time client didnt conform the position.
so the denial the request.
then latter my client requested to do new H1 transfer in premium process
we filled on 09/23 and UCIS sent receipt no on 09/24.
my question is :
what is normal duration to get approval or any update?
can I expect my end of this week?.
and this time client conformed the position and provided letter is there any change to get RFE ?.
any one face this type of issue.

Hi all,
I am holding a vaild h1b visa for kentucky state and i have never traveled to USA. My wife is working in Georgia state. Can i apply for H4 visa and travel to Georgia. Please help me with the below questions.
1. Can i get a H4 visa while i am holding a valid H1b visa.
2. Will my H1B visa be cancelled as i am applying for H4 visa.
3. If i got h4 visa and i have travelled on h4 visa, suddenly if my company calls me asking to apply for any requirement with the existing h1b visa. Do i have to go back to India or the relocation can be done from georgia itself.
