Filed both together in Sept 2003. Still no word - waiting, not sure if how much longer I can keep waiting. Saving grace is that I got my EAD and Advance Parole.

Applied for i-140 in 8/2002 based on EB2 exceptional ability. Received 4 RFE, yes FOUR.
RFE 1 asked for details about job.
RFE 2 asked for proof of exceptional ability
RFE 3 asked for financial info for company and beneficiary
RFE 4 asked AGAIN for proof of exceptional ability.
Tired of waiting, its been 2 years for the I-140 and still no decision made.

Hi All,
We had filed GC from Nebraska in November-2002. Labor got approved in May 2003. and then we filed I-140, 485 and EAD ie work permit and parol visa. EAD got approved in July-2003. then there was query for the company for I-140 to show financial details, so the company sent in November 2003, and we filed for EAD Extn in April 2004 and then we got notice from INS that I-140 has been denied, we have lost almost $ 7,000.00 including Lawyers fee and Medical Check up and Fingerprinting, we even went for Finger printing during March-2004.
but all went waste. we do not now what to do.
It got rejected b'cos company will not be able topay the employee as it is under loss.
