My L1-A individual was processed on December 4th- 2017 Chennai consulate collected my Passport and issued a 221g- Blue slip with administrative processing. On December 14th passport was returned along with same 221-G letter stating further administrative processing. On March 1st -2018 received an email from the Chennai consulate to submit my passport and on April 2nd the CEAC website status changed to Refused and passport was returned on April 5th -2018 along with 221-G blue slip for administrative processing. Since i was removed at the POE on May 4th -2017 for traveling on B1-B2 visa to visit my clients since I have my business in USA so they removed me and told me to come back with L1-A visa as valid travel document and put 5 years bar. Can someone help me why they changed the status to REFUSED on CEAC and issued me a 221-G letter for administrative processing. Contacted the consulate 2 times but there was no response. Someone please help me.

counselor approved my husband's L1 visa who was the primary applicant and told me that my visa will take just 1 or 2 more days to get approved under 221g blue slip and kept my passport with them, no additional information is asked to me. its been 3 working days but my visa status is as it is.

My husband was the primary applicant and his visa got approved but counselor told me it will take 1-2 more extra days to proceed your visa further because of an additional administrative process and handed me a 221g blue slip. Didn't ask me for any documents or information.
