Submitted application in January 15, 2021.
Accepted and receipt notice on Marcch 28th.
Fingerprints re used.
April I75 approved.
August 5, N400 interview completed. Gave me form that I cannot be approved but passed my test.
August 24th RFIE Sent. Printed online using my USCIC account ( very very helpful, make sure to create one.)
August 25th Responsed to RFE With Lawyer costing $1650 all he did was send my documents nothing special, I could have done it without a lawyer but my husband insisted.
November 8th, I received notification of approval and in line for Oath ceremony.
Nov 9th received and printed oath appointment date online. Very thankful.
Nov 22nd attended my Oath Ceremony and my Certificate of Naturalization.
All praises is due to Almighty God for seeing through.

Fairfax/VA filler interview notice
Hello all. Just got an interview notice. Applied n400 April 20,2021, fingerprints reused, meantime I got my 10 year card in mail( got green card through marriage, and applied n400 on 3 year rule). I got a notice November 15,2021 that interview scheduled, today I got the letter with interview date of December 16,2021. Hope all will go well at the interview :)

N400 Interview schedules
We are very old couple ( 82 & 73 yrs) and applied for N400 in February 2021 and receipt from USCIS was received dated March 26, 2021. Our Bio finger prints of our Green cards were reused. As on today, we have not heard about scheduling interview and are becoming day by day very impatient. . But I noticed from Immihelp N400 experiences, applicants who applied much later than us, like in Sept, 2021 etc. have already received interview intimations. I really do not know the criteria used by USCIS for scheduling interviews. We applied from CA and our County is Sacramento.
Is it advisable to send a message (from my USCIS account ) requesting them for scheduling our interviews being old couple . By requesting through USCIS Message options will there be any adverse impact for processing our N400 applications.
I would be happy to receive some guidance before I submit my request

N336 - Appeal Denial of N400, Now have date for interview
My N400 was denied in June 1 2021 due to insufficient documentation furnished when responding to request for evidence. The problem is that I mistaken tax return form for tax transcript. USCIS want me to forward my tax return form with pay slip or tax transcripts. I preferred tax transcript but ended up sending tax return form, and without pay slip which is another option. Base on this innocent mistake, USCIS denied my application with allegation that I've not paid tax since I became LPR. So the officer concluded I lacked moral character. I fired back appeal on June 3 since I have appropriate document (tax transcripts). My attorney said my case is simple and straightforward that if my appeal is centered on portion of denial I'm in a strong position to upturn the decision since I have the documents require to prove my eligibility. Please can any one who have the appeal experience guide me how it's conducted without attorney and what I need to do. Though, my invitation for hearing does not mention I'll be tested again for history stuff since I passed it during my N400 interview. Advice pls.

N-400 interview with spouse ?

Thankyou for posting your experiences. Is it recommended to take your spouse with you for the N-400 interview ? In my case I have been divorced and recently re-married so it would be with my second wife. My N-400 application did include my divorce documents. Would it help if i went to the interview with my wife ?
