Hello,

Beware of buying flowers and mithais from globalflowerdelivery.com

They take money from you and don't send flowers and even send to you confirming that they gave the flowers to your nears and dears!!
I have ordered flowers for friends and they never got. globalflowerdelivery say we gave flowers to your friend and I am also happy thinking they are saying the true thing.
I am so ashamed when I call friends and ask if they like my flowers and they think I am mad and ask what flowers.

They didn't replied to my email; only to say they cancel the order and nothing else.

Please beware of such cheats and rouges.

Remit2India from TimesofMoney - Flase promises
I had a very bad experience with remit2india recently. I sent some money from Singapore to my account in ICICI bank in India. I made it very clear to them that I needed the money by a certain date and they promised that it would be done and that there would be no problems. They kept on delaying and 9 days after the transfer they told me that it will take some more days.
This simply shows that you can use remit2india only if you have enough time on your hands. The customer service people are good at making promises nad giving excuses in the same breath. (I was dealing with Ankit Karia). The money has still not reached my account. I will update this posting once the money reaches my account.
The money transfer service provided by ICICI bank is much better. It takes only 2 working days and the exchange rate is almost the same.

Why aren't the work ethics improving?
Hi all
I referred one of my friends to the "Got friends get cash" program by timesofmoney.com(the same site through which we can go to remit2india and is a part of the Times of India group). The program supposedly entitles one to a $10 cash which is credited into the remit2india account once a friend is referred and he/she remits money for the first time.
Needless to say,the idea seemed cool enough and I referred a friend who remitted money after the referral. However, even after the transaction was over and the money reached his home,I never saw my 10bucks in the account.I called up 9times in the past two months and emailed atleast a dozen timesl. After 2months I haven't seen any sign of the money which is rightfully mine in my account. There's a guy named Vipin Walter, who is supposedly in charge of the customer service department, who mailed me on May26th saying mine is a special case and will credit the money in a week. Its been a month since then. Also, the customer service personnel have no clue to what their site provides and will drive you crazy if you really have a problem to be taken care of ina short time.

Oh! regarding time...these people have no estimate as to how time matters in solving certain disputes and they still run on their sweet little Indian time routines. It is not all about the money,$10 goes away in two Mcdonald meals, but about how much we can trust in people who don't give what they promise.

Well,I guess I've said enough and sincerely wish with all this globalisation and offshoring thats happening every single day,our Indian work ethics and sensibility towards the essence of time improves a teeny weeny bit...it sure will take us a long way!

Defect Product Received
Hello all, If you don't want to be a fool like me and loose your peace of mind, then DON'T purchase anything from Rediff.com shopping. I placed an order and received a defected item. This product does not give the required output.
I am trying to contact the Rediff guys, but I don't know how to get their telephone number. I have reminded them through e-mails, but so far I have not got any replacement. It's too much frusterating.
