Rediff auctions has been the worst auctions site ive ever encountered.

They do not have a customer support number and they are out for selling things.

would humbly request that none of the vendors should sell their stuff through rediff auctions if ur credibility matters.

Hi Everyone,
           I have ordered a eurotel phone before 4 weeks and rediff had encashed my amount from bank but I have not received anything from them.
I have put many mails to them but no reply. I am trying to contact mr. jaspreet but he is also not behaving properly.
           A note from my side. Never Ever buy from rediff shopping.

A person from Mumbai Mirror guided me to send a cheque of Rs 7194/- on the name of ‘Times Internet Ltd” on the address of Times of India Bldg and c/o... Valerie Pinto

I did as instructed and got my order ID as MUM 1607922

I found that the amount was debited to my account on 23 July 2005 to Times account

Since then nobody from Times/Mumbai Mirror contacted me nor did I receive the product I ordered

Whenever I called on phone number 28528855

People named Vivek, Jeff talked to me but they were unable to help me

They always assured me that I will get a call from their executive but for last month I never received a call from Mumbai Mirror.

I tried to enquire through email to all concern addresses from Timesgroup & Mumbai Mirror but even after sending 15 reminders I found myself banging my head on a wall

I placed an ordered (Saree - Gift) for my fiancee on rediff online shopping site. I have got the order confirmation on Aug-19th 2005 saying that my order is approved and payment is received through my credit card. It was commited that my order shall be delivered by 4-5 working days.

Even after a week,I havent got any response about my order from rediff customer care centre inspite of my several emails to them on thier site. There is no specific email id to contact or any telephone number to enquire the status of the order. It is so dissapointing to know that such a popular website doing such fradulent acts.

      I have been using the portal us2guntur.com for the past 3 yrs and have always had a very good experience. They deliver to most of the places in AP. They also have a very wide selection, and if you don't like what they have, you can make individual requests (this takes time). If they are readily available goods like sweets, flowers, fruits, cakes they can deliver it the very next day. Other goods might take a day or two if they are not available. In any case, they are prompt to contact you and give you the status.
    My family back in India also had a very good experience in dealing with them. They also make sure that they like the product they received, and won't hesitate to go multiple times to get things fixed and make them happy.

I implore each and everyone of you never ever to use rediff India for online shopping. They never deliver on time and when they do, the item is not what you ordered for, not complete or not working. If you ask, there will be one reply telling how sorry they are and everything will be corrected soon. Then they conveniently ignore you.
I had ordered one pair of shoes (size 9) and I got a size 5 after 40 days of mental torture. I was mighty annoyed but they said it was a one-off experience.
Then I ordered the latest Harry Potter book from them only because they were offering a free gift of puzzle set worth Rs.600. The book came in time but there was no free gift with it. They said it will be delivered within 2 days but after 8 days still there is no gift. And they have stopped responding to my mails. Rediff sucks big time

I had sent flowers thru www.sendflowerstomumbai.com and they were delivered stat within an hour.It Was a worthwhile and excellent experience.Flowers too were of good quality and beautiful presented.

Please..please dont use REMIT2INDIA service for online transfer of money. First two times, to gain your confidence, they will send properly, after that the real trouble starts. My money was delayed for three months and i had mental torture these three months. The customer is so hopeless, they never listen to you and even reply your mails. Finally after three months also they had cut some money and sent. I would have spent hefty amount only on telephone bills to talk to them. It was very disappointing that corporate like timesofindia will cheat people like this.
