Hi, has anyone recently filed for L1B extenstion? I have heard that USCIS has become very stringent about L1B specialize skills and people are getting RFEs. Does anyone have any recent experience which can help me while filing my extension.10-14-2025, 12:55 AM

I am from middle east but I live in UK and I will get the british passport after 1 year . If i have 1 previous schengen visa rejection ( because I haven’t attached a correct travel insurance) , will this rejection prevent me from getting esta or etias when I get the british passport ?

Planning to travel Dallas → Chennai, India (Oct 23 - Nov 22) with expired conditional green card + 48-month I-797 extension letter. Need real experiences!
What I Have:- Expired conditional GC (Sept 20, 2025)
- Valid I-797 Notice of Action (48-month extension until Sept 2029)
- Valid passport
- USCIS

I'm super anxious, have tickets booked for work travel to Japan for 24th Oct and due to various reasons, wasnt able to submit application to agency until Sat. It may take another day or two to reach VFS. I work for a reputed MNC and have all invites etc submitted as asked.
