Hi all - if someone had refusal of Europe France visa 9 months back and now is applying to Europe Germany. Should the rejection be mentioned in cover letter now? I am about to leave USA for 3 months and I have been a GC holder for the last 3 years. I have worked for only 1 of the 3 years. So my husband and I applied for AVE number the same time. He received his last friday, but i havent so far. Our flight is in 2 days. There appears to be general conflicting information regarding needing AVE number now at all- even on Copa/United website..

Old passport is expiring in one week which has a h1b stamp. I797 is valid till end of next year. On my I-94, expiration date is same as passport expiration date. do I need to leave and re enter US or can I just go to CBP inspection site ?

My spouse is on F1 and she is planning to switch h4. Given that f1 to h4 change of status can take 6+ months, how advisable would it be to change my employe ?
