The visa officer handed over the passport and I received the email on the same day. I submitted all the documents by email the same day.
The case date changed for the first time on 07-Sep-2017 and received an email to submit passport the next day. I immediately did. The case was updated on 11-Sep but was still showing admin processing. It changed to 'issued' on 12-Sep-2017 and I have collected my passport on 13-Sep.

Applied for B1 visa and got 221g Administrative processing for the n th time.
The system should ask for submission of CV, etc for TAL people at time of filling DS 160 and call for interview when all clear.
I respect the security measures but the process should be quick.
Sometimes I wonder if it is possible to give up the degree (classified under TAL) or unlearn what we learnt in college :D
If you are too much qualified then its always a problem.
