Can i file I 485 before I 130 approval?
I'm here in the USA from early February on a B2 visa. My wife filed the I 130 in April and received the NOA. My visiting time expires in early August. Can we file the I 1485 with a pending I 130? We thought we had to wait in the beginning,

waiting time after rfe
Hi everyone!

I just got updated on my I-485 case, they sent a RFE letter to request the medical since the last one expired. I know it says it should take no more than 60 days to get a decision after RFE, but i just want to know approximately how long does RFE usually take to get a decision or update on the case. Thanks, and best wishes for everyone on their cases.

Hi Guys! Can Anybody help us. Its almost 2 months today since we sent my papers at Dallas Texas. I just received the NOA for form I-485 and I-765 last May 2. Still waiting for the biometrics appointment. Last June 5 we called the customer service and talked to a 2nd tier officer and told us that our papers is currently not assigned for processing. and they gave us a referral number.
