I'm seeing a lot of people getting RFE after their interview , just for not having the gonorrhea test at the interview, which is funny. I mean seriously ..... if you think that the gonorrhea test may delay your green card application, JUST GO AND DO THE DA*** TEST. so you can have it with you in case the officer ask for it. that way you will not get a RFE. I see a lot of people waiting up to three months after their interview for that reason. if I have to re-do my medical just to have it at the interview I do it, just to avoid the famous RFE. Jesus Christ ......

I'm seeing a lot of people getting RFE after their interview for the gonorrhea test, which is very funny, I mean seriously it doesn't matter if you send your medical after August, if you think that no having your gonorrhea test is gonna delay your green card application JUST GO AND DO THE DA** TEST so you can have it with you at the ininterview, if the offer I certainly ask for it you already have it and there's no need for RFE. I see a lot of people waiting up to three months after interview just for not having a simple thing like a gonorrhea test with them. OMG

Pending since April
So I've gone through my marriage interview, However due to the new immigration laws I had to go back and do the gonorrhea test. Because that was missing in me file, I have gone and done it and sent the paper back to USCIS however I have not heard back. I'm starting to get a little worried has anyone else had this issue? do you know the time frame?

Timeline for receiving Green Card after approval
Hello Everyone,
I'm curious about how long it takes for the Green Card to come in the mail. We had our interview yesterday in NYC and got approved on the spot. Received an E-Mail thereafter saying that my I-485 has been approved. My wife and I are hoping to travel internationally in the next couple of weeks. Greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

PLEASE HELP. It's quite urgent.
I think I made a mistake on one of the yes/no questions my I-485. To the question "have you ever been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned for breaking or violating any law or ordinance," I answered "No" because I had not been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined, or imprisoned, but I came to remember that years ago I had been "ticketed" and possibly "charged" for selling liquor without a license. (I used to own a restaurant and my server served liquor to an undercover police officer.) I always remembered it as my server's fault and thought it was a non-issue. In addition, the whole incident was caused by a misunderstanding (*I did have my liquor license*) and the case was dismissed very early on (I did not have to pay fines or anything). At management conference (legal term), I had a meeting with the DA before I was scheduled to appear in court, and they told me that they would dismiss the case, which they did.
How can I correct this mistake? Can I correct it at the interview by bringing additional supporting evidence and laying them on the table? My interview is only two weeks away. I have already obtained my certified court record to show that the case was closed at management conference and dismissed before going to trial. I can't sleep because of this. When I filed the application, it just didn't occur to me at all because the whole thing was not my mistake. I would greatly appreciate your advice in this matter. Please.

Update from my side I received my EAD YESTERDAY... ANY UPDATE FROM ANYONE EITHEE INTERVIEW OR SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW?? AM IN MINNESOTA AND I LEARN THAT THEY ARE 14 MONTHS BEHIND...SO THAT LET ME APPLIED FOR AP TODAY AS I WANNA GO VISIT MY PARENTS
