HI GUYS I GOT A TEXT NOTIFICATION LAST FRIDAY ON 5/12/17 THAT MY GREEN CARD WAS MAILED, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO TRACK IT VIA USPS WEBSITE, I CREATED AN ACCOUNT BUT THERE'S NOTHING.......I ALREADY RECEIVED MY APPROVAL NOTICES FOR I-485 AND I-130.........ANY IDEAS? SUGGESTIONS?

AOS thru daca married to a US citizen
I have a question. I sent my I-485 with my I-765 and got a response on Friday stating my application has been Received For my I-485 and not my I-765. I didn't filed my I-130 concuretly because I had been approved since March 2011. My priority date on my I-485 has the date of my I-130 approval. I was wondering if my case will go faster or will still have the same wait period?

Can someone explain to me the process of filing for children that live in another country through a spouse who's a USC? What forms do they need? And since it's more than one child do they need their own forms? As well as anything else they need to know about this process please!

Hi guys,
I have shared my GC interview experience a few days ago and have heard from a few people regarding their experiences. Are there any more people that have had their experiences in Boston area? My interview has gone a little weird and I am a bit worried. Can you guys please share your experiences? I know the whole point of this forum to inform and help each other and I believe I need the help of you guys to get me through these days.

New Jersey residents only I-485, I-765, I-131 PROCESSING TIME
Hello NJ filers, please share your experience and your timeline here!
here is mine:
Field office: Newark, New Jersey
Priority date: March 6 2017
BIO done April 10
April 24th update on I-485: case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
I-765, I-131 nothing comes up when I try to track them.
I called the customer service and they said there is a glitch in the system and I will probably not be able to see any update online regarding the AP and EAD.
Did you experience the same issue?

After biometric no upgrades as to "ready for interview".Despite passing 30 days I m still waiting for any movement in my case.My question is that is this normal or not? I read in this valuable Forum that some Luky applicants got notification within 7 days of their Bio.

Waiting after interview HELPPPPP
Hello my interview was at the Norfolk VA office on May 2. The interview went well and the officer said she would recommend us for approval however she kept saying that she needs to first find the paperwork with all my DACA documents they have since they should be in that file. She kept saying it was weird that it wasn't in the file. She mentioned that the A number immigration gives is like a SSN , you only get one . So then I told her that all of my DACA documents are under one A number but my application for the green card had a different A number . She looked at it and she said I was right so that she first needed to get the other file for DACA and then once she gets it she will recommend for approval. She said she has to order that file from where they keep all of these files and it will take longer than just the two weeks she early said it would take for me to get the approval. Has anybody gone through the same and do you know how long this can take? She gave me a piece of paper saying that they need to review my documents and then she wrote at the bottom "getting other A file. She did go ahead and explain how to the the condition out of my GC once I get it since I will get the two year one . She also said my GC will have the A number I have under DACA since I got that A number first. She made copies of all my DACA approval and renewal letters and took my I-94 as well. I'm just wondering how long this will take now ???

Yesterday finally I received my EAD card.
My dates:
PD: Feb 24
Bio: Mar 27
EAD Approval: May 08
EAD in hand: May 13.
AOS based on marriage with USC, we are in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

got a job offer on the 28th of may, so called to expedite EAD
i just saw my approval notice today, checked my status and card was mailed to me on the 11th of may
