Please I need clarity on this, my wife is filing for me and her passport expired during the COVID 19 lockdown. She has applied for a passport renewal but we are thinking of filing with the expired passport coupled with the printout of the renewal page of the new passport she’s trying to get. What do you think guys ? You think it’s going to fly

Priority date for filing AOS EB-1 category
Dear All, I need your help to clarify and interpret the October bulletin whether my friend can file 485.
1. Visa Category - L1A, country - India.
2. I-140 filed on 17-Oct-2018 and approved
3. Applicant was not able to file 485 due to retrogression of priority dates.
I looked up the October 2020 bulletin which has two dates for E1, 1st June 2018 and 1st October 2020. I want to help my friend as his company attorney is not responding to emails. Link is below.

Hello everyone,
I just need advice I traveled to USA many times over 5 entries last year I got F1 to study master degree I got married last month and applied adjustment of status while still being student it’s been a month I still didn’t receive my recipet notice but should be soon due to financial reasons I couldn’t afford to register on fall semester and the School was soo rude and they told me u didn’t come here for study and we gonna terminate your status and you should maintain your status until your green card is approved any help ? I’m confused

Hi dears,
I'm beneficiary (work based employment), my green card was denied, I stopped the work then submitted the appeals package to the court through my lawyer, the question, can I continue working with same company without salary (volunteer) to occupy my time and increase my experience until the court decision is issued? In general, what other activities or options can I do during this period. Please answer and be thankful to you.

Hi guys I'm abit confused am hoping someone can help, I send my i-751 package last week , ( removal of conditions) but today I got a text message notice that it was recieved, but in the text message it stated form I - 797 was received buy uscis, but my form is I -751 , it's clearly a mistake, have this ever happened to anyone?

Hi, for does living in Florida, if you temporary driver license expires and you yet to get a new EAD or your green card. How do you renew your driver license?

Question regarding Informed Delivery
Hi everyone. I've set up an Informed USPS Delivery. I'm currently waiting for biometric notice. Does it usually show that the mail/package comes from USCIS or if sometimes they use 3rd party shipping companies as well? Thank you.
