My husband and i went for the interview when it was scheduled and they told us that
They didn't have enough officers to do all the interviews the same day
That they will reschedule and send us another letter within a month but
It's been almost 10 months and we haven't heard from them yet and my
Work permit is expired and we fallow for a new card as well but nothing either
And we've been marry for almost 3 years i came with a k1 visa is like they forgot about our case

Frustrated in Newark - long processing times
Has anyone out of Newark FO had their interview within six months of P.D. . It seems as if everyone else in the country is processing faster than they are. It’s driving me nuts!

Help!
Hello everyone, please I need your advice. My husband(a US citizen) had issue opening a bank account because of early warning services report that restricted him from opening account. I added him earlier to my bank account earlier but same problem popped up again for him, so we had to close the joint account but I still have my individual account. Now we went for our first interview in August but haven't heard anything since then. Our issue now is that what if they call us for another interview, how do we handle the joint account issue? Should we go ahead and explain that he isn't able to open an account due to the restriction? He's trying to resolve the issue tho but it's taking so long! What if we get scheduled for another interview before the issue is resolved? What do we do?

Me and my husband wanted to rent an apartment. We are currently living with his parents cause we can not afford to rent an apartment. I dont have a job right now. Do you think USCIS will consider that reasoning if I expedite my EAD? We really want to move out :( I dont want both of us to depend on his parents. At our age we should be living independently...

updates from SLC utah?
Any applicant from SLC utah got an update on tbeir case yet? I feel like this is the slowest office. 5months ago and case still at fingerprint review complete?
PLEASE share your timelines if you are a utah filer so we can have hopes that atleast the IO there are working, and not just taking tax money to vacations
