Hey! I guess its time go give up. I cannot wait anymore and see my parents growing old. Its been 2 years I am waiting. I came here as an F1 student and married here to a girl i knew since I was in my home country.
My younger bro has 2 childs now and I am waiting for that “perfect” time when I get my gc and then things settling down. But, I guess I should move on.
I am buying my tickets back to where my family live and will take my wife with me. She always supported me during ups and down and I guess this gc is a piece of paper which would have changed our lives but who knows we are happy. U.S is close to my heart and I spent 3 years, a lot of memories. I’ll be leaving after before new year. I wish all you guys the best! I hope USCIS becomes efficient one day. I will visit US some day but I couldn’t make it my home. Good Luck!

Any Columbus, OH filers who have done walk-in Biometrics? My appointment is at the Westerville location, and on the USCIS website it says there are no walk-in appointments available at the Broad St. location (only location that shows up when I look for biometrics).

Came with a visit visa
Married to a US citizen in 2017 and get divorce 3 months later
Remarried to same woman in 2018 again ,
PD : May 16 2019 I130 , I485 , I765
I took me almost 4 months to do biometric
September 11 : biometric
September 17 ready to be scheduled for interview
October 3 interview scheduled for November 8
October 10 card is being produced for I765
October 11 I765 approved
November 8 interview date , approved on the spot .
November 14 card was mailed
November 16 ( yesterday) I received the card in the mail
It took me 6 months
Patient is key guys , they waited almost 4 months to schedule my biometric,.. and everything was so fast after biometric

HI all I need need your opinions.
I'm going to invite my sister and brother to USA, while my I 485 is pending. I put my husband as (USC) as an invitee.
does this affect my case negatively by inviting someone to US while my case is pending?

I just had my interview,and I don't really know how good it is.
*During the interview,the officer told me to write down my F1 timeline on a paper and explain why I was out of status,I really haven't see anyone mentioned it before on this post.Which is weird to me.
Also the I-130 was approved on the same day according to the approval letter.I'm in such panic right now due to this handwritting statement that no one has ever mentioned in their posts.
