Hello everyone please give me your advice on this stressful sitation i got into us on f-1 visa in 2018 august and got married to us citizen in 2018 dec and got conditional green card in 2020 feb now it is july things are not working out between me and my spouse we planning to file for divorce .

Please give me your advise how it would effect my case ? I m scared because i just got my gc but my marriage is real

It’s been 18 months since the received my package IN TEXAS. I did Fingerprints On 11/04/19 since then i haven’t heard anything from the USCIS.
Is anyone else in the same situation?

Hey everyone, is there anyone who’s case was approved recently and received there card. My case was approved on the 8th of June 2020 card mailed to me on the 10th of June 2020 I received the approval letter but not the card. Submitted a case enquiry called USCIS still nothing. Is there anyone with a similar experience. I’m getting a little worried by case took 14 months and a week to be approved it’s been a month now. Last time around for my card the following week after my interview.

My case still showing finger print have been applied to your case, it's been now 11 months since I applied and is it normal that they didn't transfer my case yet ??!!

I am getting ready to file my N400 soon while my I751 is still pending.
Is there any lawyer you would like to recommend? How much do lawyers usually charge. I spoke recently to lawyer who said he would take 3K for filing and 2K to accompany me on the interview day.
Please advise. How much maximum I should pay. My case is not straightforward. It is based on waiver that is stuck within the immigration sysyem for over 16 months.

i aplied my i751 removel of condition in june 2018 its 2020 now still pending after finger print. on june 2nd 2020 i applied for naturalization for citizenship .. how long more they gona take ? my i551 stamp is expirng soon in 5 months my 2 friends already a citizen and they applied after me

I get my two year condition green card last year it’s gonna be expire next year do I need fill out the affidavit of support form i864 again when I’m going to remove condition off my green card

Did you see the processing time for N400? Is this is a glitch or they really mean 36 months... I hate the day I immigrated to the US. What a nightmare dealing with the immigration process :(
